Important Information
- Bring one (1) piece of current (unexpired) government-issued photo identification, such as an Ontario Driver’s License, Passport, Ontario Photo ID Card, or PR card
- Bring a paper copy of the document you need notarized
- If you require a certified true copy, the original document and a copy of that document are required
